Exterior Cleaning Manchester

We are proudly based in Manchester and cover the entire Greater Manchester region, including Stockport, Altrincham, Sale, Trafford, Salford, Bury, Bolton, Oldham, and Rochdale. For larger residential or commercial projects, we regularly travel across Cheshire and the wider North West.

Absolutely not. We never use high-pressure jet washing on delicate surfaces like modern render, cladding, or roofs. Instead, we use a specialized method called softwashing. This combines low-pressure water (similar to a strong garden hose) with powerful, eco-friendly biocide treatments that safely destroy algae and dirt without risking structural damage. High-pressure washing is strictly reserved for hard surfaces like concrete driveways and block paving.

Yes, we hold comprehensive public liability insurance that fully covers our team, your property, and members of the public. Whether we are cleaning a single-storey domestic bungalow or a large multi-storey commercial warehouse, we operate under strict safety guidelines.

No, you do not need to be at home as long as we have clear, unlocked access to all sides of the property that need cleaning and access to an outdoor water supply (tap). We will fully coordinate everything with you beforehand, take before-and-after photos, and leave your property completely clean and tidy.

Because our softwashing treatments kill the underlying organic spores (algae, moss, and lichen) at the root rather than just blasting the surface, your property will stay clean significantly longer than it would with standard pressure washing. Typically, render and roofs treated with our biocides will remain free of ugly biological staining for 2 to 5 years, depending on the building’s exposure to weather and shade.
